About The Role:

Rippling is seeking to build on our existing channels and is looking for the first member of a new channel focused on MSPs. This person will be a player/coach and have the opportunity to start/own a strategic new channel for Rippling.

This person will help to find the initial success by defining ideal partner profiles, partner onboarding, partner enablement, and partner sales execution. They will need to work cross functionally with channel marketing, enablement, implementation, and the other surrounding teams to ensure our early MSP partners’ success.

What You'll Do: 

  • Onboard and manage the first set of MSPs
  • Train MSPs on how to use & pitch Rippling with clients
  • Manage pipeline in Salesforce to accurately forecast revenue
  • Help MSPs close business and drive revenue
  • Become a product expert across our entire platform, with a focus on our IT cloud and understand our competitor landscape
  • Help shape product roadmap for Rippling’s IT cloud
  • Work closely with surrounding teams to build a successful channel foundation
  • Help to build the future team

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years experience working with MSPs/IT consultants, particularly in SaaS markets selling B2B
  • Experience carrying a $1M+ annual quota
  • Proven track record of success (top 10% of sales/channel org) 
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
  • (Bonus) Previous experience selling Identity, MDM, or security related SaaS products
  • (Bonus) Previous experience leading a MSP channel
