Software Engineer - Frontend
About The Role
We're looking for front end engineers to build and scale multiple areas of frontend development. To begin with —you will be responsible for building out the Rippling platform UI and be primarily responsible for it. This is the platform that acts as one directory for employee information across IT, HR, legal, finance and facilities.
What You'll Do:
- Have impact on how the world experiences and interacts with Rippling
- Work autonomously and an individual contributor
- Have horizontal leadership - driving front-end initiatives via front-end community sync-ups or work on more "zoomed-out"and more long term projects that will move the needle in the long run
Strong understanding of JS fundamentals 3+ years experience in front-end engineering roles
Good hands on experience on modern frameworks like React.Js
Experience working in a fast paced, dynamic environment
Knowledge on front-end performance optimisation is a bonus
Good interpersonal skills
