About The Role

We're looking for a passionate Security Analyst to play a key role in cultivating a security first culture at Rippling. This person will have the opportunity to help set both the internal and external security vision.

You will

  • Be a company-wide security champion
  • Develop a scalable internal security & compliance awareness program 
  • Collaborate with cross functional organizations to develop right sized security training solutions across the company
  • Create customer and employee facing security collateral 
  • Conduct both customer and employee risk assessments 
  • Communicate and lead security campaigns 
  • Support Customer security and compliance RFP process
  • Manage phishing campaigns and simulations 

You Have

  • 3+ years of experience in security and compliance
  • Passion for evangelizing Security and Compliance both internally and externally 
  • Excellent communication skills 
  • Experience interfacing with customers on security related discussions
