About The Role
Rippling has 15+ different product SKUs and is adding to them rapidly. Ads platform team is responsible for driving the product usage and revenue growth, by promoting the right Rippling product (and extending to 3rd party apps) smartly at the right timing, to the right audience. The team is responsible for building and improving the underlying ads infra, ads manager, and more.
As a software engineer in the Ads team, you will have opportunities to design and build a scalable and performant Ads platform, with many 0 -> 1 opportunities (eg. Design and build A/B testing framework, build ads manager to help marketing/3rd party users to create and manage their ads, work closely with Machine Learning engineers to improve ads retrieving, ranking and delivery)
This will be a critical role to drive the revenue growth for Rippling.
What You'll Do
- Build and improve Rippling’s cross-sell ads pipeline
- Design and build scalable and extensible Ads platform, including ads manager, ads infra and ads data pipeline
- Design and implement A/B testing framework
- Work on complex engineering problems, have clear ownership over your projects
- Ship incrementally and continually at high velocityWork closely with growth teams to increase product cross-sellB
