The fact that everything is all together and I don't have to go in and link different systems between HCM and MDM makes it easy. It's great that Rippling gives us one place to manage users and devices as well as our onboarding and offboarding processes.

It was time to make an HRIS switch, and in the course of that conversation, we were also evaluating credit card processors. That set the stage for all of the reasons we went to Rippling. It just checked every box. The stars aligned with Rippling.

With Rippling, everything is there. Across different modules, you can log in and see what you need to see — there's ease of use for myself and for employees.

Before Rippling, we were hiring so many people without any onboarding processes in place. Now, I've built all of it out using workflows within Rippling, and it's a much smoother experience for employees.

Payroll is probably a quarter of the time. It's much easier to approve and review. It used to be two hours at the end of the month. Now it's under 30 minutes easily, so that's great.
