We’re thrilled to announce that Pritee Tembhekar, the founder behind Flyflow, is joining Rippling, as our new Director of Product for Rippling Spend.

Flyflow was born from a vision to simplify the cumbersome process of finding sales prospects. The founding team understood the power of simple B2B products that could replace several tools and workflows and had an intuition on how to build them. Pritee launched products at Plaid and Lithic that made creating complex financial products materially easier for customers. She incorporated the same principles of quality and simplicity into the Flyflow product and  embodies the entrepreneurial spirit that Rippling values deeply.

Their experience in building teams and products from the ground up makes them adept at navigating change and pushing the limits of what’s possible. Pritee’s path—from engineering at MIT to strategy roles at BCG and Google, followed by product management at Coinbase and Plaid—demonstrates her talent for clearly understanding and solving customer problems.

Her experience at Plaid, leading international product expansions across Europe, further refined her ability to adapt products to new market demands. Additionally, her transformative work at Lithic in streamlining card-issuing processes highlights her innovative thinking.
