About the Role
As a Benefits Account Executive, you’ll help small business owners evaluate & implement health insurance options for their employees. You’ll provide quotes and make recommendations that ultimately help our customers achieve their benefit goals. While working directly with customers and the Rippling product, you’ll also work cross-functionally to build scalable workflows that increase your own productivity and efficiency. This is an exciting opportunity to join a “startup within a startup” as a foundational member of our Benefits Account Executive team.
What You’ll Do:

Interface with prospects / customers to provide guidance and support as they implement health insurance for their teams

Leverage the Rippling product to evaluate and recommend insurance plans / rates

Use a solution-based approach to drive revenue and hit your monthly / quarterly targets

Help streamline our current benefits sales motion to increase the team’s productivity, efficiency and accuracy
Qualifications:

2+ years in a client-facing role advising / selling health insurance to small businesses

Deep understanding of the US health insurance market

Excellent client-facing communication skills, in both verbal and written form

Strong track record of success with high attention to detail

Must be licensed to sell health insurance in at least one state
