Outside of open enrolment, employees can only make changes to their benefits if they’ve experienced a Qualifying Life Event (QLE), like marriage, divorce or a new dependent, to name a few.

But since such events aren’t predictable or on a schedule, it’s important to let Insurance admins know so they can take note of the changes or updates made.
