Rippling comes prebuilt with all the government forms that employees need to complete—like W-4, I-9, and state-specific tax forms—so you don’t need to worry about manually setting them up. For example, when you hire an employee in California, Rippling will automatically send them the necessary California compliance forms for completion and e-signature.
Company documents
Upload your business’s documents—like employee handbook and harassment policy—and Rippling will automatically assign them to employees for e-signature. When you update any document, you can automatically send it to employees for e-signature and even track who has or has not completed the most recent versions.
Notices
For documents that don’t require action but need to be shared to employees—like privacy disclosures and compliance announcements—Rippling can distribute them directly via email, without requiring an e-signature. That way you save paper, time, and the headache of manually sending each document individually.
