Pace or reliability: the tradeoff founders shouldn’t have to make

The systems that used to keep companies running weren’t designed for today’s founders or the way companies are built in the AI era, meaning founders are forced to choose between established systems that guarantee compliance, but move at legacy speed, and upstarts that promise instant setup by cutting corners. Neither is built for how modern founders actually operate.
