Rippling is committed to providing an accessible and inclusive environment in which everyone has equal access to our products and services.
Scope
This policy applies to all Rippling employees who work at or support Rippling Canada Services, Inc in Ontario.
Training
Rippling provides training to those applicable under AODA. This training includes how to communicate with people with disabilities in ways that take into account their disabilities.
Feedback Process
Everyone has a right to provide suggestions or file a complaint to ensure we provide products and services to people with disabilities in an equal manner. If you receive any suggestions, they should be immediately forwarded to support@rippling.com
Notice of Temporary Disruptions
If there is a temporary disruption of products or services that persons with disabilities in Ontario usually access or use, we will provide notice of the disruption by directly notifying applicable clients.
Availability of Documentation
Rippling will provide this policy and the information contained in this policy in a format that takes the person’s disability into consideration as requested.
Multi-Year Accessibility Plan
Rippling is committed to establishing an inclusive and barrier-free environment that meets the requirements of the AODA. Rippling will continue to monitor opportunities to improve accessibility through regular audits, feedback and third-party partnerships as applicable.
