Formerly Associate General Counsel, Employment at Meta, Christina now serves as Lead Counsel for Rippling’s Professional Employer Organisation (PEO) and Employer of Record (EOR) product teams, providing labour and employment law advice. Her background includes defending employment class actions, misclassification cases, wage and hour claims, and harassment/discrimination claims. Christina is also a member of the National Association of Professional Employer Organisations (NAPEO) California Working Group.
