Pay equity has become an increasingly important mandate for organizations today. Yet study after study shows that women and people of colour continue to be paid less than their white counterparts for the same work – a trend that starts at the beginning of their careers, and only widens as they progress up the ladder.

For companies unsure of whether they’re paying their employees fairly or not, conducting an audit of your employees compensation (including their options or RSUs) is the first step to understanding how your employees are paid across the board, and identifying potential areas of concern.
