About the Role
The PEO Operations Manager will manage both US and India-based team members to execute a broad array of operational tasks related to our PEO business. This role will require impeccable project management skills and a willingness to directly contribute to the day-to-day operational needs of our PEO. You will own all operational aspects of PEO workers’ compensation, state tax account management, federal / state compliance filings, partner data ingestion / management, and other key operations that support our PEO product and customers. This is an exciting role that requires significant cross-departmental engagement with a major impact on the PEO product and customer experience.
What You'll Do:
- Manage a team of product operations professionals in both the US and India
- Continuously iterate on the processes required to support our PEO product and customers
- Develop metrics, process documentation, and solutions that scale for PEO Ops, with an eye toward continued process improvement
- Work directly with Engineering, Product, Implementation, Sales, Support and third-party partners / vendors / government agencies
- Become a technical expert of our PEO products and services
- Demonstrate flexibility in examining new approaches in problem solving in response to changing organizational objectives
You Should Have:
- Two or more years of experience in an operations management role, such as payroll operations, insurance operations, support operations
- Strong project management and organizational skills: high attention to detail with excellent work product, time management, and execution
- Strong analytical skills, as evidenced by your ability to make data-driven decisions to improve operational efficiency
- Familiarity with health insurance, payroll, professional employer organizations, workers’ comp and/or HRIS are a plus
- Experience leading an overseas technical and/or operations team are a plus
