About The Role

We're looking for a hands-on Engineering Manager to build and scale the Appa team. You’ll have the opportunity to use cutting edge technology. We care a lot about making sure Rippling is performant and free of bugs for our end users. We want to work with exceptional engineers, who get bored at large companies. We are made up of small teams that move fast.

About the Application Management Team

The Application Management team empowers identity and application management product lines for enterprise users and IT admins. It empowers IT admin to secure company data, manage application access as well as establish an application ecosystem for all customers. As an Engineering Manager at Rippling, you will work on projects that impact the highest priorities of our technology and business, all while collaborating cross-functionally with multiple teams and stakeholders.

What You'll Do

  • Build features that automate applications management and connects seamlessly with our employee directory
  • Participate in planning activities, perform code reviews, and contribute to a growing team.
  • Contribute to services that power distributed systems, cloud services and web applications
  • Learn and understand how your product can help Rippling continually differentiate itself. Wear a product manager hat when needed.
