When a company reaches more than 100 employees, it is required to submit an Employment Information Report, called an EEO-1, to provide a demographic breakdown of its workforce by race and gender. Rippling automatically generates the EEO-1 to save you time and help keep your business compliant.
Affordable Care Act
When a company reaches a certain size (typically 50+ employees), it is required under the Affordable Care Act (ACA) to report to the IRS whether they offer health coverage to their employees and, if so, information about the coverage offered. Rippling instantly generates ACA reports, like Forms 1094-C and 1095-C, and even files them on your behalf—all automatically.
